At TheSquatchShop.com, every item is made-to-order—crafted just for you out in the wild. Because of that, we keep things simple:

👉 All sales are final unless there’s an error on our end.

1. Print-on-Demand Policy (Made Just for You)

All products are custom-made through our fulfillment printing partner.

Because items are created specifically for each order:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color or print placement

Please double-check sizing, colors, and order details before completing your purchase.

2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement (Our Mistake = We Fix It)

We will issue a refund or replacement only if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is defective

• You receive the wrong item

3. Claim Requirements (Help Us Track the Evidence)

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• You must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

All claims are reviewed in alignment with printer partner policies.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

• Packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen

• Shipping delays outside our control

• Slight differences between product mockups and final prints

5. Lost or Stolen Packages (Off the Grid)

If your package is marked “delivered”:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

• Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Failure to claim the package

You will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Refund Processing

If your claim is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly:

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed
